1. Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our trusted USA-based warehouses and fulfillment partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. During peak seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, please contact us immediately at anthony@legalrootsfamily.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the United States, but we plan to expand internationally in the future.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.
7. Do you offer refunds?
